I need Tech Support

I cant join any games if i try the game says your game version dosnt match the host version.Please make sure your using the same game and patch version. -_- i need someone to tell me how to stop this.

Um... Download the patch? Or see if your Firewall is blocking connections.

I dont know what version the patch is.
